Maraschino cherries are vital for a number of whisky cocktails as well as classics such as the Aviation. Many 'cocktail' cherries are available but these are produced by Luxardo, creators of the renowned Italian Maraschino Liqueur.
My husband, guests and I all agreed that these cherries were a little taste of heaven. They really added a treat to our cocktails and we will be buying again. Also spotted among the extensive paraphernalia of the Albert Schloss Shnapps bar, so if you invest, you will be using what the same products as top mixologists!
Don't try any other cherries if you want to add the best to your cocktails
