Nusbaumer Poire William Selection
A Williams Pear eau-de-vie from the Nusbaumer distillery in Alsace, known for making unsurpassed wild fruit brandies and artisanal liqueurs. The pears, which are grown only in the Rhone valley, the Basque Country and Valais in Switzerland, really shine in this Poire William distillate. Eau-de-vie literally translated means 'water of life' and it’s clear, like water, but oh so much more appealing whether sipped or added to cocktails.

Nose
Pear and hints of spiced fruit.
Palate
Warming and with a little slippery texture. Full body with sweetshop tones lingering.
Finish
Long and rousing with sweet heat.
