Made by one of the most interesting producers in the Cognac from ugni blancs, the classic grape of the region, this is essentially unaged brandy. It makes a delicious digestif or in a Dry Martini with a drop of Dolin Dry vermouth.
Peaches, apricots, lemons and a subtle grassy note and a creamy finish.
