‘Gayuma’ means spell or potion in Filipino. The liquid begins its journey in bourbon American oak before undergoing a double finish – first in Rioja red wine casks, then in smoky Islay whisky barrels. It’s an adventurous blend of cultures and cask types that leaves a lasting impression.

Don Papa Gayuma is a bewitching twist on Filipino rum – smoky, sultry, and unique. You can sip it neat, stir it into a Don Fashioned, or showcase it in a signature Manila Jockey Club cocktail. 1 Drop Maraschino

2 Slices Orange Rind

Method

1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker or mixing glass.

2. Stir for 20 seconds, then strain into a rocks glass with ice.

3. Garnish with orange twist.
