VIVIR

VIVIR (Spanish for ‘live’) was founded by Navindh Grewal and Paul Hayes, the latter of which made his name as the first man to bring Bircher muesli to the UK. Amazingly, this was actually key to helping Hayes found a Tequila brand. He used only natural ingredients in his muesli and the only sweetener was agave syrup. This led to him building up strong contacts in the agave industry and Hayes soon saw the potential for premium Tequila. The duo makes VIVIR Tequila in collaboration with The Casa Maestri Distillery using 100% Weber blue agave Tequila, natural volcanic spring water and traditional production processes.
