The Real Brewing Company Kombucha

Founded in 2016 by David Begg, The Real Brewing Company has made its mark with Real Kombucha. Begg, who stopped drinking alcohol, noticed a lack of fine non-alcoholic drinks to pair with food. He found kombucha, a fermented tea with usually less than 0.5% ABV. This made it ideal for the rising trend in low and no-alcohol drinks.

Real Kombucha’s Story

Begg's interest in kombucha started with a silver needle tea from India. He liked its floral, aromatic flavours. Their goal was to make non-alcoholic drinks as complex as alcoholic ones.
