Southwestern Distillery

Founded in 2012, Southwestern Distillery is an independent, family company handcrafting spirits in tiny batches in North Cornwall. It is best known for producing Tarquin's Gin, a premium gin crafted by Tarquin Leadbetter. Tarquin's Gin is made using a small copper pot still and is infused with handpicked botanicals, including Devon violets and citrus zest. The distillery also produces other spirits, such as pastis and pastis vermouth.
