Solsongju

Solsongju Damsoul is a premium Korean soju. It stands out for its unique flavour profile, crafted from a centuries-old family recipe. The spirit is made using rice, spruce, and pine needles, which are distilled and then proofed with spruce tea. This process imparts delicate pine aromas, a subtle sweetness, and a refreshing finish with hints of juniper and Sancho pepper spice. The recipe, passed down for over 500 years, reflects deep-rooted traditions, particularly within the Jeong family's Hadong Clan. Damsoul is produced by Mrs Park Heung-Seon, a Korean Food Grand Master, and it is best enjoyed chilled, either neat or with tonic water​
