Ron Roble Viejo is a Venezuelan premium rum created by four friends. The spirit is made in Yaracuy under the expertise of Master Rum Blender Giorgio Melis, a veteran with over 50 years of experience. Part of Venezuela’s Controlled Origin Denomination (D.O.C.), Ron Roble Viejo uses premium sugarcane and a meticulous process including molasses fermentation, five-column distillation, and traditional ageing.
Their range includes Maestro (6 years, with vanilla and wood notes), Extra Añejo (8–12 years, with molasses and cinnamon), Ultra Añejo (12 years, with coffee and red fruits), and Zafra (15 years, with citrus and oak).
