Distilled in a traditional copper pot still, Mayfield Gin is more than just a spirit; it’s a labour of love. Beyond the integral hops, this gin is distilled and infused with a medley of 7 natural botanicals, creating a harmonious symphony of flavours. Juniper berries bring forth the timeless gin essence, while zesty orange and lemon peels intertwine with the earthy notes of coriander, angelica, liquorice, and orris, crafting a gin that is both robust and refined.

Legend has it, while St. Dunstan worked in his smithy, a mysterious visitor arrived, his form constantly shifting. From an old man to a young lad, and then a beguiling woman. But the devil, for that's who it was, faltered, revealing a hoof beneath a dress. This tale, as enigmatic as the gin itself, adds a touch of mysticism to every bottle.
