Green Room Distillery

The Green Room Distillery was started by two friends from the world of theatre in April 2020. Its spirits include Green Room Theatre Dry Gin, Houselight Gin, Flyman’s Strength Gin, Encore Sloe Gin, as well as the sustainable Revival Vodka. Every bottle is distilled, hand-filled, labeled and finished with a wax seal, ‘behind the scenes’ in London. In June 2022, Green Room started its collaboration with London based Michelin-Starred Restaurant, Trinity, to produce a range of English Garden Gins. It’s no surprise that the restaurant paired with Green Room given the slew of awards its products have picked up since it launched, with the Theatre Dry Gin, for example, being crowned Winner at The Gin Guide Awards, whilst also winning Silver Medals at the IWSC, ISC, LSC and World Gin Awards. Founded in the shadow of the COVID-19 pandemic, Green Room was created to give back and did so by partnering with the technical entertainment charity, BACKUP. It’s the UK’s registered charity for providing financial support to industry technical professionals, crew/production personnel, people working in the technical supply chain across the UK entertainment industry. All professions hit hard by lockdowns. For every bottle of gin, vodka or sloe gin soldl, Green Room will donate £1 to Backup.
