Colwith Farm Distillery

Aval Dor, Cornish for potato, is vodka made from Cornish potatoes. The potatoes are grown within a few miles of the distillery and the water used in production is sourced from an aquifer situated beneath the distillery. While most distilleries buy in ethanol, at Colwith Farm Distillery, everything is made from scratch on the single estate. The brand also creates Aval Dor Gin by infusing a blend of botanicals from the farm and beyond into its vodka. In 2020, 2021 and 2022, Aval Dor won a prestigious double gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
