Angelo focuses on varieties that are native to Sicily such as nero d'avola and grillo. Nero d'avola is Sicily’s most renowned red grape. It's characterised by its fresh, juicy profile with spicy, succulent berry flavors, and sometimes a hint of wildness. Grillo is a grape native to western Sicily which produces wines of great freshness that go brilliantly with seafood pairings and dishes such as spaghetti with courgettes​​.
