A-Z of Rum brands

Whilst rum’s origins are firmly rooted in the lush, tropical climes of the Caribbean, there are hundreds of brands all over the world. All you need is a still, some sugarcane juice or molasses, and perhaps a cask or two. Then you’re well on your way to crafting this sublimely varied, rich, historically important spirit! Given that, plus the rise of the cocktail movement, it's easy to understand why there are so many brands out there.
