A flavoursome Cognac from Fanny Fougerat, making use of eaux-de-vie from the Petite Champagne region. Only five barrels were chosen to create the blend, resulting in 2,460 bottles. This one boasts a full-on flavour profile.
Fresh pear and apple, subtle cedar, vanilla pod, plum, almond, clove, ginger, buttery biscuits and a hint of blackberry leaf.
