Splendid stuff from Starvecrow over in East Sussex, this wild fermented dry cider is produced from an array of estate-grown apples and boasts plenty of crisp, fruity acidity. Made without sulfites, it's naturally sparkling with an elegant effervescence and wild, funky tang.
