From the famous Suffolk cider brand, Aspall, comes a Premier Cru Cyder created by Henry Chevallier Guild and his brother John Barrington Chevallier Guild (Barry), who took over the Aspell Cider Company from their parents. It remains their favourite drink, a sophisticated, sparkling cyder that took seven years to make.
