This English apple brandy is produced from cider apples, pressed in the autumn and fermented over several months to make Hogan's cider. The cider is then copper pot distilled, and the resulting brandy is treated to a seven-year stay in oak casks bringing rounded layers of vanilla, pepper, and woody spice to the vibrant fruit at its core.
