Harking back to some tipples made in Italy in the 1950s (producers would bottle up their carbonated vermouths for all to enjoy), Sprezza Rosso is made with a combination of red vermouth, orange bitters, mineral water, and carbonation. Wonderful served chilled right from the fridge, but will also do well over ice with a good wedge of citrus.
Rhubarb, orange zest, a hint of cedar, and just a smidge of caramel.
