London-based Myatt's Fields Cocktails has put its own twist on a Manhattan, making it with Cuban rum, bottling it up, and naming it Baby Otis! Inside you'll find said rum, alongside two vermouths, and grapefruit bitters, aged for six weeks before being bottled at 24.5% ABV. Stir over ice and serve in a chilled coupe glass with a ribbon of grapefruit peel.
Touches of cedar wood, brown sugar, and banana, balanced by rich red berries, orange pith, and bittersweet grapefruit.
