Ho, ho, ho!

The wrapping paper pile is threatening mutiny, and you’ve lost count of how many mince pies you’ve eaten. Or is that me? Anyway, time for a distraction with another #WhiskySanta Super Wish opportunity!

And boy, is this one a cork-popper: the Craigellachie 37 Year Old, a beast of an expression valued at £2,975. That’s not “premium”; that’s “buy the sleigh.”

As always, a quick shout-out to the happy chap who had their wish granted for last week’s bottle: Congratuations @mydramjourney, enjoy your Nikka Nine Decades (worth £2,450)!

Meet the Super Wish: Craigellachie 37 Year Old

Craigellachie 37 Year Old proves patience really does pay off. After 37 years snoozing in a mix of refill and first-fill bourbon casks, this single malt has emerged as the most beautiful of butterflies from its wooden cocoon.

It’s pure Speyside luxury, with a nose that drifts between pineapple tarte tatin, toasted banana bread, and a wisp of smoky embers. The palate delivers sweet fruit and gentle almonds wrapped in creamy vanilla. Elegant, but not without its signature Craigellachie muscle.

Drooling yet? Yep, me and the reindeers too. (Although they’re eyeing the few pies I haven’t got to yet.)

How to wish for #WhiskySanta’s Super Wish

And yes, the wishlist door remains open. I’ll keep granting wishes every day until Christmas Eve!
