Vieux Pontarlier is a historical absinthe distilled in our alembic stills that are over 100 years old! It contains regional wormwood (called Artemisia absinthium), and absolutely no sugar is added. An ultimately refreshing green tipple that packs a punch.
Vibrant anise, alpine herbs, cocoa and wormwood with a touch of refreshing menthol.
This is similar to Pernod Absinthe distilled to a pre ban absinthe recipe , not sure why so many poorer reviews I enjoyed this I have bought Vieux Pontatlier a couple of times and enjoyed.
