Nose: Pineapple, mango and crème brulee in a sweet nose.
Palate: On the palate there are pleasing notes of orange, banana and cinnamon.
Finish: The finish is sweet and syrupy with a hint of seville orange zest.
Overall: This old Sauternes is still holding up and would make for a great centrepiece for the end of a meal.
