Tormore 19YO 1992 Bottling Note

This is a bourbon-matured Tormore which was distilled in April 1992. It was aged in two bourbon barrels (5683 and 5688) for 19 years before bottling for Signatory's Cask Strength Collection in late 2011. A release of 361 numbered bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Spiced, punchy aromas with hints of gingerbread and milky coffee. Marmalade, vanilla cream and dried herbs.

Palate: Malty, spiced palate entry with notes of stem ginger and dried strawberries. Cinnamon, hints of toasted oak and manuka honey.

Finish: Fruity, spiced finish. Dried peels.
