The nose is quite clean and light. Notes of grist with cereal sweetness, hints of cut herbs and rubbed petals. There are some oily nutty notes with acacia honeyed pastries. There are hints of custard and vanilla fudge with a little zest. The palate is of medium-body with an abundance of fudge. There are notes of oily nuts and hazelnut spread.
