Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Nutty and big on thick, sweet malt. Wine gums, powerful, muscular sort of oak, very elegant with a hint of potpourri and general woodiness.
Palate
Beeswax and honey-sweet too. Dry oak, loads of spices, like an apothecary, and nutmeg and cinnamon.
Finish
A touch of cough syrup, plenty of nutty, rancio-like sherry too.
