Cask-strength Mortlach, distilled in May 1993. This was aged for 18 years in cask 4463 before bottling at natural cask strength by Duncan Taylor. A release of 519 numbered bottles.
Soft smoke and thick malt, milk chocolate, oak and citrus zest. Nutty and aromatic.
Toffee and lavender, quite floral with sweet spices, caramel and stewed fruits.
Good length, spiced and rounded.
