This was distilled at Glentauchers on the 11th March 1981, and it was aged in refill butt 1057 for 30 years before bottling by Signatory on the 28th November 2011. A release of 321 numbered bottles.
Minty and herbal, hints of dark fruits, barley malt, olive oil, salty butter and granary toast.
Coffee beans, butter and toffee apples, a little pepper and allspice.
Simple and easy-going, but a good, long finish...
