A cask strength 30 year old single malt from the Glenglassaugh distillery, presented in a beautiful decanter.
The nose is full and rich. There are notes of buttery toast and custard, shades of lemon marmalade and fudge, whipped cream with sugar and exotic fruit salad. The palate is rich and well-balanced. There are notes of exotic fruits, hints of crème anglaise and notes of marmalade and hot pastry. The finish is of good length with notes of tannic oak and barley sugar.
