The nose is refined with oaked spices at the fore, notes of honeyed fruits and marmalade with hints of peppered wood and winter spice. The palate is quite sweet and well-rounded. Notes of rich fruit and zesty citrus with toffee fudge sweetness. A touch of aniseed with notes of fruit salad. The finish is of medium-length with a gentle oak and malted barley sugar.
