Glencadam 21YO 1990 Bottling Note

A limited release of just 304 bottles from Glencadam, this was distilled in October 1990. It was then aged for 21 years in a refill hogshead before bottling February 2012. Bottled at 50% for Douglas Laing's Old Malt Cask range.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Gristy and spicy nose with boot polish, barley malt, digestive biscuits and orange zest.

Palate: Potpourri and sweet cedar, hints of honey, barley sugar, boiled sweets and grapefruit peel.

Finish: Spiced and sweet, long with notes of malt and camphor on the tail.
