The nose is of medium-body with superb balance. There are notes of tangy lemon marmalade and spicy citrus, with a lovely zestiness. There is a freshness with notes of cut hay and a strong floral character with apple blossom and rubbed petals. The palate is of medium body with a good mouthfeel. There are notes of rubbed petals and more blossom. Notes of peppery oak with a very faint smoke rising from the peppery oak. Note of supple, soft peat, subdued with a delicacy.
