Matured in sherry butt #295 since June 1999 until November 2013, this Edradour single malt has certainly taken on a great deal of race-car red colour. Not only that, it's also been given a tonne of character and gorgeous flavours. 687 of these charming Ibisco decanters were produced.

Nose
Sweet red fruits with a smattering of nutty notes.
Palate
More jammy fruits from the sherry cask, spiced with ginger and orange citrus peels.
Finish
A lasting finish. Rather hot and peppery.
Overall
Strikes a great balance between sweetness and spice.
