Presented in a handsome Ibisco decanter, this single cask Edradour was distilled in June 1999 before a maturation period of over 12 years in cask 290. It was bottled at natural cask strength in 2012.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Fruit and nut on the nose, waxy vanilla and marmalade.
Palate
Mouth coating with some malt, dried fruit, ginger and clove. Rum and raisin.
Finish
Crumpets and spicy oak, pepper, slightly drying.
Overall
Another fine single cask from one of Scotland's smallest distilleries.
