Sherry
A release of 971 bottles from Edradour's Straight from the Cask range, it was aged for a period of 10 years in sherry butt 462. As ever, this 50cl bottle comes in a handsome wooden case.
Distilled on 13th December 2002 and bottled on 18th February 2013.
Lovely notes of sherry and spice, dark jams, strawberries, nutmeg, apple and raspberry crumble.
Mouth filling, slightly waxy and malty. Corinth raisins, mince pies with Bramley apple in them.
Fairly long with spices and oak.
