A 1998 vintage Edradour, at cask strength. This was finished in a Sassicaia wine cask - Italy's answer to Bordeaux. Just 461 bottles of this were released.
Very fruity and concentrated. Jammy and rich with hints of raspberries, strawberries, big sweetness, toffee, wine like.
Like a big Trockenbeerenauslese, but malty! Very fruity and syrupy with thick strawberry notes and loganberries. Spices.
Oaky and fruity, long,tangy.
