A superb cask Strength malt from one of Scotland's smallest distilleries.
Werther’s Originals, very malty, Manuka honey, Pecan Danishes.
Treacle, Candy floss, Juniper, Cardamom, Wood varnish. Gingernut biscuits.
Gingernut biscuit mix, before it goes in the oven. Very “musty” too, and rum-like. Astonishing!
I think is wonderful, a violent explosion of salt and tobacco and tea with a long balanced finish...
I think this distillery is much cooler/better than the whisky itself though...
