A cask strength Edradour from 1993, bottled in a beautiful decanter.. Only 651 bottles of Ibisco were released, bottled from a single sherry cask which was bottled in September 2005.
Full, balanced. Sultanas. Mixed peels. Spice, marmalade. Vanilla cream, rum.
Thick. Creamy, spice orange, dried fruits. Crystallized ginger, custard.
Long, touch of spice, tannins emerge, peppery, vanilla.
