As with the rest of Edradour's SFTC range this was bottled 'Straight From the Cask', and finished in casks previously used in the production of Chateau d'Yquem Sauternes. This has paid off, producing a really tasty dram.
Lots of banana, banoffee in fact as there's a lot of toffee in there too. Dried fruit and spice, cloves predominantly.
Jaffa Cakes; biscuity notes with orange creams and dried fruit with some spice.
Sweet orange caramel, long.
A highlight of Edradour's Straight from the Cask range. Very nice indeed.
