Description

This Edradour was distilled on the 14th September 1998, and it was filled into hogsheads before being transferred on the 2nd May 2007 to a Bordeaux Hogshead. It was bottled on the 18th October 2011 with an out-turn of 410 bottles.

Nose

Fruity and sweet. Notes of sultanas, pepper, hay, oak, potpourri and green tea

Palate

Sweet and peppy. Fragrant woods, cigar leaves, like an exotic spice stand perhaps. A touch of plum wine and damsons.

Finish

Good length and very oaky.
