Back in February 2000, when we were all still just getting used to writing the date with a "20" instead of a "19", this Craigellachie single malt was distilled and filled into a sherry butt. Skip forwards 13 years and look at it now! All grown up and dressed by Douglas Laing in 338 shiny bottles for the Old Malt Cask range. How time flies.
