Apples, vanilla and chopped herbs. Then comes the light, elegant but up-front smoke. A hint of burnt wood develops.
Wood smoke is more prominent on the palate, followed by notes of grilled fruit and fresh lemon peel.
Oak spice grows and grows on the finish, until a crescendo of peat smoke and herbs.
