Clynelish 14YO 1997 Bottling Note

A 14 year old Clynelish, distilled on the 18th April 1997 and aged in two hogsheads before bottling by Signatory for their Un-Chillfiltered Collection on the 17th January 2012. A release of 783 numbered bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Salty butter and caramel on the nose, with hints of camphor and lemon zest.

Palate: An oily, spiced palate with hints of Ovaltine, salt caramels and parsley.

Finish: Grassy, spiced finish.
