What's in a name? Bulleit Bourbon whiskey is called whiskey because it's produced in America. Were it from Scotland it would be spelled Bulleit Bourbon whisky, rather than whiskey.
The nose is quite pungent and peppy with notes of marmalade and toasty oak. Here is a hint of smoke with a beautiful, creamy banana milkshake. The palate is quite full with notes of zesty orange, a hint of dried peel, a note of winter spice, a cigar box character and a touch of perfume. The finish is of medium-length with plenty of spice.
The Master of Malt
One of the best bourbons!
Very rich as well as beatifully rounded.
Wonderful!
One of the finest bourbons I have tasted. A real treat.
Bargain!
Lovely bourbon for the price. Orangey and sweet - obv with vanilla too - but not sickly.
A proud Bourbon
There is nothing shy about this bourbon. Complex with a kick. Put down the Jim Beam and Makers, this is the one to try.
Traveling to alaska
My wife and I are in anchorage for 3 months and I bought a bottle on a whim and it was a better decision than going to anchorage for three months. One of the best whiskys I've had in this price range.
