Nose: The aroma opens with spicy cinnamon and nutmeg notes followed by fresh cut grass and honeysuckle blossom.

Palate: The mouth-feel is creamy with ripe yellow fruit, malt and butter notes.

Finish: The finish is sweet and spicy with demerara sugar, cloves and nutmeg.

Overall: This is a sweet and spicy Aultmore with a refreshing outdoor-y aroma.
