Single cask Royal Lochnagar, bottled by Signatory. This was distilled on the 12th April 1991 and matured in refill butt number 372 before bottling on the 17th December 2008. A release of 634 bottles.  More info

Single cask Glenburgie, distilled on the 26th October 1983, matured for 25 years in hogshead number 9815 and bottled by Signatory on the 15th September 2009. A release of just 180 bottles.  More info

This was distilled at Bunnahabhain on the 3rd April 1978 and matured in refill butt number 2586 for 31 years before bottling on the 27th April 2009 at cask strength. Part of a release of 598 decanter bottles, bottled by Signatory.  More info

A peated single malt from Bunnahabhain! This was distilled on the 1st December 1997 and matured in 2 hogsheads (casks 5328 and 5329) for 12 years before bottling on the 21st January 2010. A release of 817 bottles of unchillfiltered whisky.  More info

A 32 year old Caol Ila, bottled by Signatory. This well aged malt was distilled on the 27th December 1974 and matured in a single cask (hogshead number 12624) before bottling on the 28th June 2007. This was bottled by Signatory and left at cask strength - the result is 261 individually numbered decanter bottles.  More info

Distilled at Caol Ila - an Islay distillery known for its oily, smoky character - on the 22nd November 1999, matured in two casks (hogsheads numbers 3/11067 11068) and bottled by Signatory on the 17th December 2009. Unchillfiltered and part of a release of 891 bottles.  More info

Just look at how handsome this whisky looks! Look closer and gaze with awe and wonderment at the solid wood, polished presentation case. This was distilled at Caperdonich in the 1st May 1970 and matured in hogshead number 3335 for 38 years before bottling by Signatory on the 29th July 2008. This is part of a release of just 145 individually numbered bottles. This has been left at cask strength (which may surprise you given that it's only at 43.5% - but this is due to the very long ageing process, and the angel's share).  More info

A single cask Cragganmore, bottled by Signatory on the 24th November 2007. This was matured in cask number 1989 (a hogshead) for 22 years before bottling. A release of 276 bottles, each is individually numbered.  More info

A Signatory bottling from the Cragganmore distillery. This was distilled on the 17th March 1997 and matured in 2 casks (hogsheads 1115 and 1116) for 12 years before bottling on the 14th April 2009. A release of 775 individually numbered bottles.  More info

A vintage Craigellachie, bottled by Signatory. This was distilled on the 3rd February 1998, matured in 2 hogsheads (numbers 58 and 59) and bottled on the 23rd February 2009. An outturn of 973 bottles.  More info

A Signatory bottling from Dallas Dhu, this was distilled on the 8th October 1975, matured for 33 years in hogshead number 1899, before bottling on the 28th April 2009. A release of just 181 individually numbered decanter bottles.  More info

A pair of beautiful looking decanter bottles, bottled by Signatory. Both are from the Littlemill distillery, in the Lowlands. Dunglass was the name given to peated whisky distilled at Littlemill (unusual for a Lowland). Both whiskies have been left at cast strength.

The first bottle is a 36 year old, distilled on the 28th February 1967,and matured in hogsheads (numbers 669-672) before bottling on the 11th June 2003. Part of a release of 325 bottles.

Dunglass 1967
The second bottle is a 37 year old peated malt from Littlemill. Distilled on the 31st May 1967, and aged in hogshead number 2409 before bottling on the 25th June 2004. Part of a release of 325 bottles.  More info

The classic 10 year old from Scotland's smallest distillery, Edradour, in the Eastern Highlands - this is tremendously popular expression. This one comes with two Edradour branded Glencairn nosing glasses too!  More info

Single cask Glen Elgin, matured for 16 years in refill butt number 4071 before bottling by Signatory on the 1st December 2007. This comes as part of a release of just 512 decanter bottles, each is individually numbered.  More info

A cask strength Glen Ord, distilled on the 20th February 1998, matured in hogshead number 3467 for 11 years before bottling on the 19th January 2010 by Signatory. A release of just 256 individually numbered decanter bottles.  More info

An independent bottling from Bowmore, bottled by Signatory. This was distilled on the 29th March 1990 and matured in 2 hogsheads (casks 653 and 654) for 19 years before bottling on the 16th November 2009, unchillfiltered. This is part of a release of 697 bottles.  More info

This was distilled at the Royal Brackla distillery on the 6th September 1993 before a 15 year maturation in a single bourbon barrel (cask number 6751) before bottling on the 9th December 2008 by Signatory. A release of just 298 bottles.  More info

A single bourbon barrel matured Glen Scotia (aged in cask number 847 for 33 years). This was bottled by Signatory on the 21st August 2007 and bottled at cask strength in 219 individually numbered decanter bottles.  More info

A single sherry cask matured Glencadam (cask number 6018). This was distilled on the 11th September 1989 and matured for 19 years before bottling by Signatory at cask strength on the 15th October 2008. A release of 575 individually numbered decanter bottles.  More info

Glencraig is the name given to whisky distilled in the Lomond still at the Glenburgie distillery. This was distilled on the 11th June 1976, matured for 30 years in bourbon barrel number 4251 before bottling by Signatory on the 10th May 2007. A cask strength whisky, part of an outturn of 219 individually numbered decanter bottles.  More info

This was distilled at the Glenlivet distillery on the 3rd December 1985 and matured for 22 years in hogshead number 19746 before bottling at cask strength by Signatory on the 29th July 2008. Part of a limited release of just 223 bottles.  More info

A Signatory bottling from the Glenlivet distillery - the classic Speyside malt maker! This one has a beautiful colour, having been matured for 14 years in a first fill sherry butt (cask number 166929). This was distilled on the 30th October 1995 and bottled on the 9th November 2009.
