Highland Whisky Samples

The Highland region produces many of Scotland's richest malts. Single malts from the Highlands, however, vary greatly in style. The Northern Highlands is home to whisky distilleries such as Dalmore and Glenmorangie - rich, sweet malts; the Southern Highlands producers light, fruiter spirits such as Edradour and Aberfeldy; to the Eastern Highlands, distilleries such as Glen Garioch make smoky, fruity whiskies; and the Western Highlands plays host to a selection of full, powerful, slightly smoky malts such as Oban.
