Produced by Los Siete, this is a 2008 vintage of their very fine Misterios. It was distilled from Agave Americana, sourced form the Oaxaca region. Expect a very complex flavour with hints of fresh flowers on the finish!

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Rich, buttery aromas. Hints of dried herbs, a little peppermint, soft smoke and rose petals.

Palate: Rose-flavoured Turkish Delights and a big note of roasted agave, damp earth and mixed herbs. Very spicy.

Finish: Floral, blossom-like finish with all kinds of spice.

Overall: Very complex stuff!
