I've got to say I have tasted a few spirits in my time and either they are too overtly sweet or have that horrible 'oh cant taste any more whiskey' kind of bitterness but I've got to say this spirit is perfect when it enters mouth the it is kinda sweet and ends with a lovely refreshing sharp ctirus flavour, could drink it like water.
