Nose: Sweet, plummy with a hint of damson.
Palate: Really juicy and sweet: vanilla pods, crystalline cake decorations and guess what? More plums!
Finish: Plum and blackcurrant jam.
Overall: Naturally this is a very plummy drink but it is pleasantly offset with some hidden flavours lurking beneath.
